Deposits and Refunds

Free p/p for UK and Northern Island.

Oversees will be calculated on individual basis depending on size of artwork and the country.

Once the £100 booking deposit has been made, this would be final and not affected by any future price increases or offer promotions.

Deposits will only be accepted after emails have been made confirming agreement that outlines the proposed commission piece and total price.

After agreement has been mutually decided between client and artist, Penny will send a declaration via email clarifying final details of the artwork and proposed start date.

A reminder requesting 50% of the total cost will be emailed approximately a week before work is due to start.

Payments can be made either by bank transfer (BACS) or via PayPal instant transfer, sent on request.

The deposit will be non refundable , should the client change their minds at any stage, in order to cover time and expenses occurred by the artist.

The gift certificate will be dispatched to you via first-class recorded delivery upon receipt of payment through BACS online banking.

You will receive a confirmation email on receipt of payment.

Once payment has been made on gift certificates, they become nonrefundable.
